Gore-tex: There're fine holes on the surface of the ingredient, so skin tissue grows and soak inside the fine holes. 

Therefore it has stronger adhesion than silicon. Also it has good skin affinity so looks natural even if the skin is thin.

 

Alloderm: Alloderm is a human skin processing material made by removing cellular components that cause immune rejection. 

It is not well absorbed in the body over time, so it is often used for rhinoplasty. 

It is mainly used when raising the tip of the nose or when the skin on the bridge of the nose is thin by wrapping the silicone implant to make it look natural.
