FITme Rhinoplasty at MIHO considers the nose line that suits each face.
Instead of carving a stock implant, we use your photos and CT results
to design and produce the implant through 3D simulation.
Because it is fitted to your own bone, cartilage and soft tissue,
it minimizes side effects such as implant bending, lifting and show-through.
Beauty built on an FDA-approved 3D custom implant.
Rhinoplasty at MIHO is not just about a higher bridge —
we design a nose line that looks beautiful from every angle.
That starts with precisely analyzing your facial proportions
and designing the right height, angle and length for your nose.
MIHO FITme Rhinoplasty uses CT data and 3D customization
to produce a 1:1 personalized implant for your rhinoplasty.
An FDA-approved 1:1 custom implant
that fits securely to your own nasal bone
We check the shape of your nasal bone,
cartilage and soft tissue through
a CT scan, order form and photos
We review your overall nasal condition,
including functional issues, then produce
the implant in your desired shape and height
After a simulation test with a 1:1
model of your nose, we proceed
with the rhinoplasty

3D-CT lets us assess nasal bone width, asymmetry, fractures, dorsal humps and deviation,
as well as the position, shape and curvature of the septal cartilage.
Accurate analysis after diagnosis helps in choosing the right implant before surgery,
and if functional problems are found, they can be corrected at the same time,
reducing the overall burden of separate procedures.
※ Treatment plans are decided after an in-person consultation and diagnosis.
Accurate analysis of
the shape and size of septal
cartilage and bone during surgery
If a deviated septum is found,
septoplasty is performed
at the same time
If inferior turbinate hypertrophy
is found, turbinate reduction
is performed at the same time
